Following the news that Meryl is set to return for season 4 of Only Murders in the Building, multiple sources are reporting today that Eva Longoria has also joined the cast. Per the report, Longoria will "appear as a recurring character who becomes integral to the twists and turns of the season’s investigation." No further info on her character was given.
Molly Shannon was announced as joining the cast earlier this month as well. No word yet on when official filming begins for the new season, but I'm guessing it's soon.
Did you see that Meryl is presenting at SAG with Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt?! Seems unusual. Maybe an announcement is coming about a sequel to The Devil Wears Prada.
ReplyDeleteI did see that and of course my mind went to the same thing. But I believe Emily Blunt was quoted recently as saying something to the effect that she didn't think a sequel would or could or should happen. If that's indeed what she said, I agree. No more sequels.

I generally agree about sequels, but I'd make an exception for TDWP. Either way, all of these public events hopefully mean something big is coming soon.
